Who we are
Brundall Bee is a small beekeeping business at 8 Blofield Road, Brundall, Norfolk, NR13 5NN. We’re responsible for the personal details you give us. If you’ve any questions about this page or about your details, ring or WhatsApp us on 07545 080150, or email brundallbee@gmail.com.
When you order
When you ring, WhatsApp or email us to order honey, candles or a gift box, we get your name, your phone number or email address, and what you’d like. We use them to sort out your order and arrange collection - that’s all.
- WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp on our phone
- Emails stay in our Gmail account
- Sales are recorded in Zoho Inventory, the system we use for stock - your name and what you bought
We keep order details with our business records for six years, then delete them. We use them because you’ve asked us for something, and because we have to keep proper records for our accounts.
We don’t send marketing, and we never sell or pass your details on. WhatsApp (Meta), Google and Zoho store them for us as part of the services we use.
When you report a swarm
If you get in touch about a swarm, we’ll ask for your name, your number and where the swarm is, and you might send us photos. We use these only to come and collect it, and delete them once the swarm’s been dealt with.
